Lei is a seasoned organizational and people development executive with almost 30 years of experience. She has worked as a member of the leadership team in the Pharmaceutical, Agro-chemical, Insurance, Retail, and Hotel industries. As a People and Organization Development Consultant, she has provided expertise in designing, facilitating, and evaluating strategic sessions and team development programs, including change initiatives and competency development for both private and government institutions.

She is a certified Action Learning Coach from the World Institute of Action Learning, a Certified Provider of Tension Release Exercise (TRE®), a Practitioner of PointsofYou®, a Transformative Coach under Coach Masters Academy, and a practitioner of Somatic/Systemic Coaching.

Lei has supported the Archdiocese of Manila Young Adults in its early stage and was a former High School Guidance Counselor. She is currently a Mentor at the Ateneo School of Medicine and a mentor in the Doctors to the Barrios Program at the Ateneo School of Government.
