Mrs. Teresa Briones is the Department Head of the Pasig City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWD) and leads the CGPH-Pasig City Safer Cyberspace Program. With over two decades of experience in community development, Mrs. Briones has dedicated her career to social work and community organizing.

She spent seven years at the Ateneo School of Government, working with the Center of Community Service, and previously served as the Director of the Bureau of Disaster Response and Management at the DSWD Central Office. Her extensive background in social welfare and disaster management continues to drive her leadership in Pasig City, focusing on community resilience and development.
