David Neil Joseph V. Lumba is a junior college student at the University of Asia & the Pacific, deeply involved in NGOs focused on faith, charity, and education.

He currently serves as the Youth Network Coordinator at CyberGuardians Philippines, where he coordinates projects. He is also a member of the Cause for the Canonization of Blessed Ivan Merz Inc., engaging with pilgrims and devotees.

As the President of Edu-Aksyon PH, he empowers marginalized children through both teaching and team building. His academic journey includes full scholarships, pursuing a master’s in political economy at the University of Asia & the Pacific.

David holds certifications as a Google Certified Educator (Level 1) and is proficient in Microsoft products through the TESDA Digital Literacy Program, emphasizing safe online spaces. His dedication and academic achievements define his pursuit of glorifying God and sanctifying daily life.
