Maria Concepcion Germono is an accomplished corporate trainer and passionate sustainability advocate, with over 25 years of experience in management, corporate affairs, administration, Human Resources, training, and quality management. Her expertise lies in soft skills training, learning experience design, coaching, strategic management, internal audit, and assessment and facilitation.

As an experienced facilitator, Maria has delivered numerous trainings on personal mastery, values formation, leadership, management, team building, mindset shifts, and collaboration. She has also led Leadership in Safety programs internationally, conducting sessions in the Netherlands, Italy, Aberdeen, and Singapore.
