Ma. Concepcion T. Sangil is the Executive Director of CyberGuardiansPH (CGPH) and leads the Safer Cyberspace Program in Pasig City. With over 17 years of experience as a Management & Development Consultant, she specializes in project management, organizational development, HR systems, and change management. She also has extensive experience in management audit, training, and urban development planning.

Previously, she held an executive role in the financial sector for over 8 years and spent 25 years in HR and organizational development, leading the Learning Organization Transformation team for Investors in People (IiP) certification. Additionally, she served as an accredited Supreme Court Mediator for 2 years.

Ms. Sangil holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce from St. Paul College of Manila, an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, and a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from UP. With nearly 10 years of volunteer experience, she co-founded CyberGuardiansPH and continues to champion safer digital spaces through her leadership at CGPH.
