Dr. Teresa Paula S. De Luna is a Professor at the University of the Philippines, specializing in Speech Communication and Theater Arts. She also serves as the Director of the UP Diliman Office of Anti-Sexual Harassment and is a key figure in CyberGuardiansPH, contributing to efforts that safeguard digital spaces.
Her academic focus is in Rhetoric, particularly on Digital and Popular Culture, and Intercultural and Multicultural Communication. Beyond her academic work, Dr. De Luna is a dedicated advocate against gender-based violence and sexual harassment, deeply involved in research on sexual consent.
