Chenny is an experienced Learning Consultant, Facilitator, and Executive Coach with expertise in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Marketing Strategy, Project Planning, and Customer Service. She previously served as the Training Director for Junior Chamber International Philippines (JCI), delivering training programs both locally and internationally.

An alumna of Communication Arts and currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration, Chenny is the president of TRAIL and a certified Transformative Coach (Coach Masters Academy, Singapore) and Embodied Systemic Practitioner (McKewn Nowhere, UK). She is also an ExO Consultant and Trainer (OpenExO) and part of the facilitating team for the Ecosystem Leaders Program by u.school Asia Pacific and the Presencing Institute. Additionally, she serves as faculty for IDEAS Asia Pacific, a program under the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and United in Diversity Indonesia.

Chenny is passionate about integrating Exponential Technologies, Leadership, Sustainability, and Good Governance in learning events, which she enjoys hosting and moderating.
