Today marks the launch of the Department of Education’s Project Accelerating Governance and Adaptive Pedagogy through AI or AGAP.AI, its flagship program that unifies all Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives on education and the MOU signing between ASEAN Foundation and the Department of Education for the nationwide rollout of the AI Ready ASEAN Programme. In partnership with ASEAN Foundation and other local implementing partners, DepEd aims to promote AI literacy and the responsible use of artificial intelligence to 1.5 million Filipino students. President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., DepEd Secretary Sonny Angara, Assistant Secretary Dexter Galban, and Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte led the launch at the Quezon City Science High School auditorium. Executive Committee Members Paolo Sangil and Marian Pacunana-Sangil alongside CGPH's AI Ready ASEAN master trainers represented CyberGuardians PH in the event.
