Has over 17 years of professional experience as a Management & Development Consultant specializing in project management, organizational development, HR systems development, change management processes, management and operations audit, training/facilitating and regional/urban development planning. Also exposed to actual hands-on operations and management of a financial institution, as an executive officer for over 8 years. Gained almost 25 years of HR, OD and Training experience and spearheaded a Learning Organization Transformation team for Investors in People (IiP) certification as “best people management practices” organization. Had 2 years’ experience as an accredited Mediator of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Accounting from St. Paul College of Manila with an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and MA in Urban and Regional Planning from the UP School of Urban and Regional Planning. She also has a total of almost 10 years volunteer involvement in various NGOs as community organizer and planner on the side, while pursuing her career. She co-founded CyberGuardiansPH coalition and is currently the Executive Director of CGPH Incorporated.
