She and her team actively prosecute cases of Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children, and collaborates with public prosecutors, law enforcement authorities, both local and foreign, social service providers, civil society organizations, and government agencies in securing justice for victim-survivors.
Atty. Kath is involved in IJM’s legal training programs and is a member of the IJM Global Speakers Bureau. She is a member of the International Association of Prosecutors and assists in parallel prosecutions and victim restitution proceedings taking place abroad. She is also involved in IJM’s policy-making initiatives. She is one of the authors of the Compendium of Legal Resources for the Prosecution of Online Sexual Exploitation of Children which is now being used by government prosecutors. She sits as a member of the Board of Trustees of CyberGuardiansPH and hosted CyberChat.
