She graduated magna cum laude in BS Guidance and Counseling at the Notre Dame of Marbel University in 1989. She acquired her master’s degree in theological studies from the Ateneo de Davao University in 2000.

She was an awardee of the 2010 edition of Asia-Society Fellow, a commendation given to Filipino young leaders who make significant contributions to the development of Philippine society.

Ms. Reyes has special trainings in Pastoral Leadership and Management in Mission, Spiritual Direction and Retreat-giving, Formative Processing Skills, and Theology of Ignatian Spiritual Exercises. She facilitates recollections, retreats, and formation sessions of the laity, the Marist aspirants, and the pre-college seminarians of the Diocese of Marbel.
