Mr. Delos Santos has graduated from the Province of Oriental Mindoro with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education major in English. Teaching has opened up doors for his genuine calling and vocation to him and eventually finding his purpose in life.

In a decade of teaching in Public School, he has tirelessly raising the flag of innovation and compassion by being an proactive member of crusade for change in discovering and believing in the potential each of his student each day. He was a former Gender and Development Coordinator, a former Research Coordinator. A former Youth Chairman, A Speaker and Formator for various symposium about Mental Health, Personality Development and HIV Awareness Campaign.

Today, he is a Guidance Advocate. He is the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) Adviser. He is a host, an event Organizer, A mental health Advocate, An HIV Advocate, An Integrity Crusader and he advocates literacy by writing short stories for children. He loves to inspire people from all walks of life.
