Mr. Joel Roy M. Dusaban is a dedicated Licensed Professional Teacher with a passion for shaping young leaders and promoting cultural arts. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, Major in English, he has been an influential figure at Mc Lorenze Academy in Pasig City. Since 2018, he has served as the Adviser of the Supreme Student Council, guiding students in leadership and personal growth. His commitment to education extends to his role as the Department Head and Chairman of Culture and Arts at the academy.

Mr. Dusaban’s accomplishments include receiving both the Culture and Arts Award and Leadership Award in 2017, underscoring his contributions to youth empowerment and cultural enrichment. With over five years of experience as a private school teacher, he continues to inspire students at Mc Lorenze Academy. Currently, he is furthering his expertise by pursuing a Master of Arts in Education, Major in School Management and Supervision at Meycauayan College.
